My husband and I were married on November 12 last year on a 5 acre property owned by our family in Eumundi. I wanted to create a suite of invitations which celebrated the unique flora and fauna found on the property, around which our wedding was themed. Each invitation package contained a gatefold invitation, an RSVP slip (with return envelope), an accommodations slip complete with map, a note on our wishing well, a breakfast invitation for the day following the wedding, and a general notes slip. Each item featured an animal found on the property, collaged with a range of floral elements. The imagery was sourced through my own photography, as well as stock imagery. Every image was heavily retouched. The result was a stationery suite which was delicate, bold and above all uniquely suited to our perfect day.
