Create an experience that serves up Baskin Robbins’ playful, optimistic and pioneering brand personality while satisfying the needs of all our hundreds and thousands of customer, prospective franchisee and franchisee stakeholders.
Idea
Just like Baskin-Robbins’ promise to help people discover the joy of life lived with variety, we wanted to create an ice cream-filled universe of fun that reflected the brand experience. All the while leveraging the latest serverless technology to create a high-performing modern architecture.
Execution
So we took a headless approach to allow for scale and connection with their BR app, POS and reward system then went to town designing an experience for the ages. Dunked in vibrant colour, drizzled with delight-inducing motion, coated in a high-kicking tone and sprinkled with flavourful assets, it became an innovative celebration of what makes us so sweet online and instore.
