Enspara

Enspara is an energy management software for organisations to run their operations more efficiently.

Our challenge was to develop a new brand name and identity that would appeal to the best software developers around the world.

To attract and engage prospective employees for Enspara, we built a modular brand identity system that encourages a high level of agency and creative customisation. Team members can create their own icon from our grid builder as part of their onboarding experience. They can personalise their business card, avatar and email signature. Not only is it cool, but this interaction inspires a sense of ownership and ’buy-in’ to the brand.

This poster was created to sit inside the CEO’s office as a celebration of their new brand identity system. They loved it so much, they arranged to print and deliver them to each new team member, around the world, as they come onboard.
