Brief:
The video was to target the 1 in 20
Australians who suffer from chronic nerve
pain, which is debilitating, and means they
often miss out on ’life’. Our brief was to
communicate that Ethical Nutrients
Nervalgesic breaks the cycle of pain by
preventing the ’pain amplification’ part of it.
Idea:
We decided to express the maddening layer
that Nerve Pain adds to sufferers lives by
composing a music track to not only score
the emotion of sufferers’ stories, but also
represent the various types of nerve pain,
and the ’levels’ at which they were
experienced.
Pain scores are commonly measured on a
scale from 1 to 10. Audio volume is too.
By drawing the connection between the
volume dial and the pain dial, we found a
simple way to powerfully express how nerve
pain is experienced by sufferers, and what
Ethical Nutrients Nervalgesic does to help
turn it down.
