Eway have been helping support businesses manage online payments since 1998. With a number of other providers entering this high-tech category, Eway contacted us to develop a new website (as part of a larger rebrand) that would position them not only as a key contemporary player, but a progressive one at that.
From our strategy workshops, we uncovered a key differentiator that would help Eway standout from other providers; that their company was inherently human and approachable; an invaluable, collaborative partner and ally with a user-centric approach that offers real support to their clients. We used this learning as the foundation for a UX friendly website that sought to streamline their previously complex IA, bolstered by a UI that infused their new playful and friendly brand look and feel. The multisite website was developed on WordPress, with the same design being rolled out for their international sites as well.
