Gifting Owl is an online events and experience gifting platform. They offer experiences across the globe, meaning real time integration to vendors and how this information is displayed is critical.
Gifting Owl requires a boggling array of API integrations with vendors, airlines, hotels and more, to provide their unique offering. This complicated system needs to be both heavy lifting and lightweight with an inviting, intuitive design to feature their products and make purchases easy.
We went through an extensive UX process to make sure that our front end was as frictionless as possible. We needed to make sure the gifting process was as great an experience as the experiences themselves. In tandem we mapped out an efficient systems architecture to make sure all of our integrations updated seamlessly with the front end and dashboards in real time.
We relaunched Gifting Owl to fanfare, an uplift in traffic and sales.
