From aliens and adventure to wild west outlaws, Toyota brought the adventure to this year’s Super Bowl to spotlight the all-new 2020 Toyota Highlander. This was a challenging schedule to begin with, but we helped craft the excitement in almost every scene, adding additional army vehicles, environment work, and a marauding alien into the mix in a seamless and stunning addition to this year’s slate of big game commercials. Detailed modelling, creature design, FX in houdini, and then multi-layered compositing combined with live action plates perfectly to allow the characters to appear in each ’hollywood-style’ scene.
