In the midst of the COVID first wave, Inner Health wanted to reward the 2000+ pharmacists in their network who’d been tirelessly serving their communities – pharmacists who also happen to be key influencers when it comes to recommending probiotics.
Our challenge was to come up with a genuine gift concept that communicated the immune-boosting benefits of Inner Health Advanced, at a time when health had never been higher on people’s agendas.
Working with the theme that probiotics – specifically IH’s unique LGG strain – restore and replenish the body, we created Immuni-Tea: a boxed gift set containing a rose gold tea strainer and two restorative herbal tea blends, presented in glass test tubes. Accompanying the set was a booklet detailing the science behind LGG.
The results vastly exceeded everyone’s expectations (even ours!). Inner Health Advanced experienced an astonishing 130% sales uplift in recipient pharmacies, making Immuni-Tea their most successful campaign of 2020.
