Brief
Create a brand book that tells the story of Jubilee Place: an architecturally-brave, future-focused, sustainable building that radically cantilevers over a heritage listed pub in Fortitude Valley.
Idea
Interview all the key ‘creators’ and stakeholders, from Jayson Blight the architect, Jean-Pol Bouharmont CEO of Watpac – the construction company building Jubilee Place, and also one of the building’s first tenants, through to Scott Davidson Group Operations Manager of The Jubliee Hotel, and tell the story of a revitalised and rejuventated precinct – the new jewel in the crown of Fortitude Valley.
Execution
A bold, but simple approach that highlighted the differentiating benefits of Jubilee Place in a clear and compelling way, with a design that referenced the iconic diagrid structural steel pattern.
