Brisbane Powerhouse were looking for an eye-catching in-venue digital fundraising display which utilised their new screen, with their current payment gateway system. As the screen was on a hertiage protected wall, we wanted to use this restriction as the idea from which the concept sprung forth – Keeping the Powerhouse’s Walls Alive – using the wall itself.

The wall become our frame of reference, and the immersive animation sequence gives thanks and acknowledgement to those who make our shared experience in The Powerhouse possible, before inviting others to add their legacy to the wall.

Powerhouse management reported that visitors (and staff!) were drawn to the new solution and many donations were made via the QR code after installation. The style will be used in the next iteration of the wall – watch this space.
