In February 2020, we decided to reach out to brands we admired and invite them to share a beer with us. But not just any beer. We created our own extra-tall, limited edition brew in honour of that rarest of days: February 29th. We called it the Leap Beer: an oversized beer for an oversized year. We based it on the simple premise that it’s always nice when you get more than you expected – whether it’s an extra day in the year or an extra sip in your beer. Our call-to-action echoed this sentiment: let’s do more together.
Recipients were directed to a dedicated URL (leap.beer) where they could check out our work or tee up a chat. As a direct result, we landed one of our top 3 clients of 2020 – Metagenics – who’ve since commissioned us to develop 3 creative direct mail campaigns for their own brands.
