LifeChanges – a series of stories about how people’s lives have changed. Launched in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, we set out to find some big life change stories from across Australia.
This wasn’t just any Youi campaign. This was about storytelling and tapping into the zeitgeist of how real Australians were dealing with this very real crisis. For the individuals that featured, this was a chance to share their story. A platform to amplify their journey and celebrate their resilience.
The LifeChanges identity is a simple mark that reflects just that. A quotation mark with a bold underline, signifying the platform that amplifies these stories. With Youi known as the insurer who sees you as an individual, asks more questions and listens, the LifeChanges campaign and identity further reinforces this.
Used together with the LifeChanges wordmark, the symbol was also used as a graphic element throughout the campaign.
