The Pink Elephants Foundation is an Australian not-for-profit community providing support for anyone impacted by early pregnancy loss. Miscarriage is the number one mental health issue that women will face in their lifetime. It’s time for wider empathy and understanding into early pregnancy loss.
Working with 3p Studio, Pink Elephants Foundation’s aim was to normalise miscarriage by telling its story to the world. This story was created as a short animation video to bring to light what people in the community face every day. The raw and emotive story of a suffering woman in the aftermath of a miscarriage and the support after it was the Foundation’s direction.
Creatively the challenge was being able to come up with a style that will carry a heavy topic, but was sensitive and considerate to those directly impacted by it.
All studio hours and external costs were donated by 3p Studio.
