My dad is a Vietnam Veteran and has trouble sleeping through each night. One night he rolled off the bed and split his head on the bedsite table and I wanted to create an image that portrayed his nightly struggle with his nightmares from his army days. It’s a personal struggle in our family that my mum and dad have been dealing with for many years but never told thier kids.
