So rather than do that, they became the Official Packaging Supplier to Air Guitar Australia, entrusted with keeping precious air guitars safe in transit. What started as an attention-seeking gag of a sponsorship, became a 2 month deployment on the National Air Guitar Championship circuit, a Tropfest finalist winning documentary, then a rock n roll odyssey to Finland documenting the World Air Guitar Championships, and ultimately a 7-part binge-worthy mini-series called ’Rarified Air’.
We created 3 trailers to promote the series hosted on Signet’s very own ’Sigflix’. Those who clicked through to watch the series were remarketed to with Faux Endorsements for Signet Products by the star we manufactured, The Jinja Assassin. We successfully made cringe-worthy binge-worthy! And all by packaging nothing!
