”The Witcher” Season 2 3D DOOH

The brief was to concept, design and animate an immersive experience for the international launch of the Netflix series ‘The Witcher’ Season 2, utilising five unique digital billboards at Parc Paragon in Bangkok, Thailand. To convey the chaos and carnage of the series and to create a sense of The Witcher world entering our own, we designed the initial screens to appear as either ordinary billboards or part of the architecture of the Square. The surprise appearance of the Myriapod would grab the attention of the passersby. The Myriapod’s journey from screen to screen was mapped out very carefully to ensure captivating action at all times such as smashing glass windows of a department store, destroying LED panels and cracking building walls and the interaction of the office workers within, all the while avoiding technical problem areas around corners and avoiding the actor’s faces in the key artwork.
