Brief
Thornton, comprising 13 full-floor residences, would be Brisbane’s most expensive real-estate offering. We knew that our most qualified audience were the downsizers living in Brisbane riverfront suburbs. We needed to capture their attention, create curiosity, and fan their desire to own a home that would be truly unique. We were incredibly targeted & considered in our approach.
Idea
For qualified prospects who enquired, we created a DM piece – a hand-blown glass paper weight that demonstrated the bespoke nature of each residence and reflected the unique glass-frit exterior of the building that would make it an icon of the Brisbane riverfront skyline.
Execution
When you’re selling just one $6m residence, even the smallest detail requires the utmost attention. When you need to sell twelve of them at $6m each – everything has to be beyond perfect. The DM was a metaphor for the building: beautifully designed & crafted, a feast for the eyes.
