Brief
Thornton, comprising 13 full-floor residences, would be Brisbane’s most expensive new real-estate offering, each residence commanding over $6m. Everything about Thornton needed to be a metaphor for the building: beautifully designed & crafted, substantial and a feast for the eyes.

Idea
The Thornton Brochure needed to be less brochure and more book – to tell not just the story behind the remarkable collaborations that shaped this remarkable residential tower and its exceptional location; the materials chosen for the exterior and interiors and the corresponding elite craftsmanship, but the bigger story of Brisbane and everything that would be readily on your doorstep if you chose to become a resident.

Execution
With only 12 residences available, purchasers would be in a very exclusive group, and only those who had been vetted as clear prospects were given the Thornton book. It became rare, requested and desirable, much like residences themselves.
