It would need a bullet-proof strategy and a refined brand identity capable of commanding the attention buyers prepared to pay for the privilege of owning the best of the best.
Idea
How do you sell something exclusive and rare that doesn’t even exist? You have to make people believe it does. The Thornton identity suite was created around the positioning line ‘Beyond compare’.
Execution
Everything in the brand identity needed to be a metaphor for the building: beautifully designed & crafted, substantial and a feast for the eyes. Each and every detail, perfect.
