An opportunity arose to clearly define the elements that make-up the Youi brand. As a challenger brand, being different is part of our DNA, so it’s important that our distinctive look and feel reflect that and are communicated clearly. And so, the Youi Brand Standards Manual was created. The manual outlines the graphic standards for acceptable use of the Youi brand identity across all touchpoints, plus some humorous threats for those that didn’t adhere. The initiative was briefed in by our own marketing department and was to be a uniting document for brand execution across the business and for our external partners. At 107 pages, the manual is as impressive as it is engaging, covering everything from type to grid stadards and beyond. Most importantly the manual sets a clear and distinctive design standard that can be applied across all brand executions. It was distriubted as an interactive PDF.
