National Transport Insurance (NTI) engaged FIRME to help them embark on an initiative to raise funds for Motor Neurone Disease (MND) as their previous CEO Wayne Paterson, was diagnosed with early onset of MND, February 19th 2015 and so it began that Motor Neurone Disease would become NTI’s primary charity for support.

Over the coming months, NTI and FIRME will orchestrate the rebuild of a historical 1946 International Model K5 Rigid Truck to raise much needed funds for Motor Neurone Disease. The restored, operational truck will be a culmination of time, energy, skill and resources generously contributed by NTI’s suppliers, partners and industry affiliates. Upon completion the truck will be raffled, and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the MND & Me Foundation with a goal of $100,000.00
 
The entire journey will be documented and shared online via a series of webisodes, across NTI’s social media platforms.
