In the first year of growing RoscoAudio I’d been winging it as a one-man-band. But as demand grew I knew I needed to bring on a producer. Problem was though, how was I going to convince clients that dealing with my new producer was not a step down from dealing with the principle of the business? I wanted them to know that they would be still treated with that same old wink-and-a-smile larrikin charm, and that the experience would be just as personable and professional as dealing with me.
