With over two decades of filmmaking experience, Mat has directed campaigns across every sector. His work is eclectic in its range, but always blends creative visuals with strong emotional storytelling.
He has won multiple Cannes Lions and Clio awards for Direction, as well Best Director AD Fest 2006, Best Direction, London Internationals 2001 and Best of Show New York One show 1997.
He has also judged many craft awards both locally and internationally.
Mat’s work is characterised by his passion for storytelling whether it’s comedy, dialogue, real people or intensely emotional drama.
