And because of Covid-19, 2020 was anything but.
Some people lost jobs, others the line between work/ home, and we all lost human contact with the people we love. In these dark times, we needed Queenslanders to turn their focus inwards, and find hope, happiness and resilience in the small everyday activities that bring them joy and put the brakes on a mental health crisis.
So once again, we asked them to get in touch with their inner voice.
We took ‘Dear Mind’, a campaign that used the inner voice to show Queenslanders how to build a healthier relationship with their mind and reshaped it to address the core challenges of the pandemic – job loss, disconnection and work stress.
In Market from August 2020-March 2021, the campaign achieved strong positive change in both wellbeing behaviour and stigma reduction.
