Brief
Stratton began with the developer asking, ‘what if’. What if you didn’t want your business to be the same as everyone else’s? Where would you go? What would you look for?

Idea
There are more than enough boring, environmentally unfriendly, over-airconditioned, artificially-lit commercial buildings made out of thousands of metres of glass sucking in heat and costing thousands to cool. Stratton isn’t one of those, it’s breaking all the status-quo rules – so we thought we’d break a few rules with Stratton’s printed ‘brand’ book.

Execution
Stratton abides by ‘Brisbane’s Buildings that Breathe’ guidelines, making it green, sustainable, more cost-effective and a wonderful naturally lit, green-space, fresh-air wonder. It’s everything a workplace should be. The printed ‘brand’ book brought the story to life in a completely unique way that resonated perfectly with the intended audience.
