• The annual general meeting will start at 7:30am sharp on 13th August
• Online RSVP by 6th August is essential for numbers
• The meeting will be held at The Post Lounge, 40 Nile St, Woolloongabba QLD 4102
• All financial members are invited to attend and vote on the nominations and special resolution
• A proxy form is available and must be provided to the secretary prior to the start of the meeting
